TRATA-SE DE UMA INICIATIVA INDEPENDENTE DE ESTUDANTES DE DIREITO, COM A PROPOSTA DE FORNECER À COMUNIDADE JURÍDICA UM ESPAÇO PARA SE DEDICAR À PRODUÇÃO CIENTÍFICA (ESTUDO E PESQUISA), PERMITINDO A DIFUSÃO E O DEBATE DE IDÉIAS EM NÍVEL ACADÊMICO. 

It is an independent initiative from students of Law, with the proposal to offer to the legal community one space dedicated to the scientific production (study and research), allowing the diffusion and the debate of the ideas in an academic level (graduation, specialization, masters in law and doctorate).

ESTE PERIÓDICO SERÁ PUBLICADO QUADRIMESTRALMENTE.

This journal will be published thrice a year.

AS EDIÇÕES SERÃO PUBLICADAS NOS MESES DE MARÇO, JULHO E NOVEMBRO.

The issues will be published in March, July and November.

The ISSN (International Standard Serial Number) is a code number, internationally accepted, with eight numbers to identify periodic publications.

In the January, 2007, the Panoptica received this serial number – ISSN 1980-7775 – from the National Center ISSN in Brazil, the IBICT.

A PARTIR DA OBTENÇÃO DO CÓDIGO, TODOS OS ARTIGOS PUBLICADOS (INCLUSIVE AQUELES PUBLICADOS NO PERÍODO ANTERIOR AO MÊS DE JANEIRO DE 2007) NO PERIÓDICO PASSARÃO A TER ISSN. ADEMAIS, ESTES ARTIGOS PODERÃO SER CITADOS NO CURRÍCULO LATTES DO AUTOR.

With the Code, all the archives published (including those published before the month of January, 2007) at the periodic will have the ISSN. Thus, these archives can be filled at the curriculum lattes of the author.
